The Cleaning Authority - Kissimmee

We had such a great cleaning crew and experience at first...We stopped our service due to Covid and had it restarted. Our prices increased from 80 a week to 118 a week and the customer service level dropped to zero. The ladies did a decent job cleaning but the owner Anthony has become incredibly rude and short. We only wanted to set a time for our cleaning that would be the same each week or be notified before the day of our cleaning what time the cleaners would be coming. I don’t feel that it’s unreasonable to know what time someone is coming to your house a little in advance. Very disappointed and would never recommend them again. The owner Anthony was very sweet at first but obviously something has transpired because he is straight rude to his customers and doesn’t seem to care about loosing business. He claims he is unable to set his schedule any sooner than the night before! Just piss poor business practice!
