My Dentist was excellent in all areas.

there customer service is excellent. the dentist that they have at krest dental are very professional and kind.

I went there for a second opinion because a friend recommended. In short the dentist was great and I saved big bucks by using them. I would highly recommend them.

I had a rushed jub as I was leaving town and the Krest staff went above and beyond the call of duty to complete the job. The actual dental work was top-notch.

I had an emergency when my front tooth chipped (I wanted to have it done right away! I can't stand going to work while my tooth is like that!), so I called in the next morning at this dental office and they were able to accommodate me at that same day after lunch. I got there and the office was pretty packed. I waited for a while but it was okay. Besides, I was lucky enough to get an appointment on that same day. The receptionist was very helpful and she informed me right away that there will be a waiting time. When the girl approached me (I think it was the assistant), she walked me in and had my xrays, and she also did my cleaning. After a while, Dr. B came to see me and checked everything, and explained to me the case of what needs to be done. There was also another girl who explained to me my insurance benefits and fees. I have a good insurance so I did not pay a whole lot as I got just the regular crown. So they did what they needed to do and they had my crown ready.

Dr. B is very nice and explained the treatment clearly. The office renovation is looking great!

I use to be a patient at Krest Family Dental and recently went back to get a copy of my x-rays. The staff is very friendly,unfortunately they were in the middle of changing managers so I didn't quite get the customer service I wanted. I decided to call the corporate office and speak to Arthur Kishani who was very attentive he wanted to know what was going on with that staff and office in Westchester I believe he is the regional manager very well mannered I told him I needed my x-rays for personal reasons and he took time out of his schedule to drive to westchester to pick up my x-rays and bring them back to Burbank for me to pick up I believe there's a $25 charge but he was very efficient and kept his word that he would try to make me a happy customer because I called him with a little concern, he apologized for the delay and immediately took action to help me! Thank you Arthur Kishani we need more of you in this world! So overall I had a great experience.

I left my old dentist at the beginning of last year and was recommend to Krest family dental. Krest Family Dental alway provides the best service and welcome new patients with open hands. I was able to get braces to fix my smile and now all I get is complements on how nice my teeth looks. I have recommend a few people and they also like this place. if you want good service and want to put trust in someone to make your smile or teeth look better this is the place to go. I'm very happy to be with them and I can't see myself going anywhere else for a long time. Everyone take care of your teeth and keep smiling.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience, that's saying a lot, especially when one is speaking in regards to a dentist! For years now I've been putting up with wisdom tooth pain for fear of visiting a dental office. In my youth I had the misfortune of getting several, major procedures done with minor sedation. WORST PAIN EVER!!! I couldn't put off the going to the dentist any longer and was recommended Krest dental by a friend. I called for an appointment on Friday and was given one for Tuesday to see the oral surgeon. To say Joseph Danesh is amazing would be the understatement of a lifetime!!! He was patient and attentive. Danesh understood I was both fearful and nervous and he was empathetic. He explained everything and reassured me that everything was and would be fine. When I woke up 45 minutes later my 4 wisdom teeth were gone. No complications

The customer service is great. Staff is friendly and helpful. The doctor is one of the best I have met. The new office looks great with all the renovations and stuff. I feel very at home in this dental office. I used to get scared but with this doctor, they take their time to explain the procedures.

I love all the staff here. My daughters love the staff as well and they make coming to the dentist fun. It definately has a family and friendly vibe. They also talk to you before all procedures are done and explain if there will be any charges which is great.

Before I gave Kresr Family Dental care I had an innate fear to see a dentist due to a horrible nerve damage incident with an oral surgeon. Dr B, and his staff, have gotten me over my fear. I no longer fear going to the dentist and I have not experienced pain when I leave. Appointments are extremely flexible and in a timely fashion. I reccommend my dentist to all my flying partners. :)

i like krest dental because everyone is very professional. the dentist we have dr.b makes us feel very secure and comfortable and i would recommend to everyone.i like all the new stuff and remodeling .

Great office staff. No long waits. Dental team is friendly professional and attentive. Had great experiences with both Dr. B. and Dr. Nobel. Were very helpful working with my insurance to minimize the cost to me. My wife and I will definitely be using them in the future.

I've been a patient at Krest Family Dental for about 10 years and have nothing but great things to say about this office. The office is remodeled, clean and the workers from the front desk to each and every dental assistant to every dentist that's ever worked with me have all been very polite, courteous and friendly plus this office has installed flat screen TV's in every room; I think Krest Family Dental is trying hard to be the best they can be and it shows, at least I think so. I recently got the top braces installed about two weeks ago and I haven't had a single problem thus far and about 3 months ago I had a root canal and again it was painless and I don't know what I was so worried about, this place is GREAT and to prove that, I drive all the way from Chatsworth in the valley to Westchester for my appointments. Keep up the good work you guys, you're doing great and you're being recognized for it.

The front desk was very accomodating in helping me schedule an earlier appointment time the day of my appointment. My dentist was great always.
