        What a joke! The IVR system doesn't give you an option to speak to anyone. Very low-budget. Not wasting a trip to this place when there are plenty of other well run establishments in town. Bad business decision to put this type of vanilla/plain jane type of phone response system.

        I have been dealing with this place since they 1st opened and they are ALWAYS courteous and helpful!! And they DO answer the phone!! I don't know why that jerk-off would write about something he doesn't know ANY-THING About!!!! They are always fair with their prices as well!!!

        This is the most rediculous answering system I have come across. It indicates a high disregard for their customers. I called 3 times and all I wanted to is do you have two mirrows for my truck, I can not find out. They may be great at the lot, but they are the pitts on the phone. I will check elsewhere.

        I find it highly annoying that they have an all automated phone and no live representative I need a part for my car but it has to be a specific type of its kind and it don't list the difference online either like grand prix don't say if it's a gt a gtp or base model and my part has to be off a gtp
