Worst Service Ever! I would give this business 0 Stars if I could. I took my car to be washed and it was returned to me with a white haze over the radio console and temperature knobs. I immediately told a supervisor who admitted they used a compound on the plastic that was not meant for plastic. I filled out a complaint form and was told the owner would contact me right away. No one ever contacted me and I was never able to talk to a manager or owner when I called or went in. I filed a complaint with BBB. Car Spa responded saying I brought it in that way. I had someone with me who attested that it was not brought in that way and the supervisor admitted to the mistake.

All I asked for was for an owner to call me to discuss the issue and a reasonable solution. The owner does not care about customer service and conducts bad business. I will NEVER go there again, and DO NOT recommend anyone else ever go there either.
