Bellisima Salon & Day Spa

This review mostly applies to the makeup artist. However, considering the salon allows her to rent space there, under their name, it is also a reflection on them.



I went in to have permanent lipstick applied. I had paid for a Groupon that stated it was for lip color. When I was handed the mirror following the procedure, I was shocked to see I only had lip liner. I can't stand lip liner and don't use it. When I asked her why I didn't have lip color she stated the Groupon was only for the lip liner. The Groupon clearly states lip color, however because I was distraught I asked her to please fill in my lips and she charged me an extra hundred dollars over and above the Groupon. At that point I kind of knew I was being scammed, but what else could I do?



It has now been a couple of months since I've had my lips done. I have zero color. I waited the appropriate amount of time for the color to emerge and it hasn't happened. I have no indication of having this procedure done at all. I have tried to contact her but she doesn't return my messages. The one time I did get through once I started talking she pretended she didn't understand English and was only a Spanish speaker. I double checked and yes, I dialed the right number. I think she knows what she did was wrong and so she doesn't want to speak with me.



I have reported her to Groupon and I can only hope they discontinue allowing her to do business with them.



It's unfortunate that Bellissima allows someone like this to be associated with their business. Whether she is hired by them or simply rents the space, it still reflects on their business and makes me question their integrity. Personally, I will never step foot in the salon again.

The word THANKYOU alone cannot express how much i appreciate Claudia the leading Estatician at Bellisima Salon for leaving my face looking Younger and Healthier. She did an amazing job with my European Facial. It was a relaxing, deep cleasing skin care tratment formulated specifically for my skin type. I have always had oily skin with alot of brak outs. Before the tratment i had ugly pimple brakeouts on my cheeks, forehead and sides. i trully needed a deep cleansing Facial. After i had the facial done I can now say that my skinn feels and looks Amazing! my skinn looks healthy and Alive! I feel very happy with the out come of the Treatment that Claudia gave to me,

A few weeks ago I had a hair apt with Maria whom was very highly recomended by the ladies in my office. I walked in at least 1/2 an hour late and had my two young children in tote. To my surprise they were able to cut my hair with little waiting and their friendly staff even watched my children while I got the best haircut EVER. She was very respectful of my specific hair likes and dislikes, this is very important to me. The hospitality at Bellisima is a rare find these days and the professionalism is exceptional.
