YP is incorrect, they don't take credit cards.

- Have the nerve to tow on weekends but then not be open on weekends so you can't retrieve your vehicle on Monday.
- Address is wrong many places online and they can't be bothered to update it.
- No physical indication or signage of where they are.
- No person physically present at the business!
- Sketchy location. The address they tell you over the phone is definitley a storage unit business and not a towing place. When you call them and express your confusion, they give you a gate code to get into this huge abandoned junkyard place.

I’m also glad I had someone to accompany me and that I didn’t take an uber there alone because I would have felt unsafe being a woman alone there. If it’s blazing hot or raining, there is nowhere safe or clean for you to wait for the employee to show up. Stuck on a dirty, open road.

If your vehicle gets towed on a Saturday night as mine did, but you don’t get paid until Friday, and you don’t have $152 sitting in your checking account or know someone who’s able and willing to lend you that cash until you can pay them back, then your car is stuck with them for almost a whole week! Not sure what kind of a business doesn't have a person present and hasn't even heard of a card reader.

When I told the guy there's no way I could've known in advance they only take cash, (and that I didn't have cash), he was like "I told you yesterday on the phone". I DIDN’T TALK TO YOU YESTERDAY DIPSHIT, BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS, AND IT WENT STRAIGHT TO MAILBOX WHICH WAS FULL. so DO NOT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME YOU TALKED TO ME THE DAY BEFORE AND THAT I SHOULD’VE KNOWN I’D NEED EXACT CASH, BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE FREAKING PHONE ON A SUNDAY. He’s like “Oh, well, I don’t remember who I talked to yesterday.”

An unreliable towing!!!

Doesn't even deserve one star. Doesn't run like a legitimate business. My car got towed on a Saturday evening so I woke up on Sunday morning and it wasn't there. I tried calling them Sunday morning, but of course they're CLOSED ON WEEKENDS so it went straight to their mailbox (which is full), so they have the nerve to tow on weekends but then not be open so you can't get it back until Monday. When I called 9-1-1 and googled the name of the business the address shows up as 1914 N Forsyth Rd. So I go where this shows on my phone GPS, call them, and ask them if they're around there. The guy on the other end is like "what are you trying to do?" I'm like "uhm pick up my car, you guys are a towing business what else would I be calling you for?" He's like "There's no one there right now, you were supposed to call on your way in.” I'm like “okay great, I had absolutely no way of knowing that." Then he says he'll send someone over and she'll be over in 20 minutes. Then he asks, "do you have cash?" And I'm like "No, I don’t. Have you guys heard of a card reader?” He’s like “She won’t be able to take your card. It’ll be $152, oh and if you had exact change that would be great, because I don’t know if she’ll be able to give you change.” So if your vehicle gets towed on a Saturday night as mine did, but you don’t get paid until Friday, and you don’t have $152 sitting in your checking account or know someone who’s able and willing to lend you that cash until you can pay them back, your car is stuck with them until you get paid! When I mention to him I didn’t know they take cash and had absolutely no way of knowing that either, he’s like “I told you this yesterday”. I DIDN’T TALK TO YOU YESTERDAY DIPSHIT, BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE BECAUSE YOU GUYS ARE CLOSED ON WEEKENDS. so DO NOT HAVE THE NERVE TO TELL ME YOU TALKED TO ME THE DAY BEFORE AND THAT I SHOULD’VE KNOWN I’D NEED EXACT CASH, BECAUSE THAT WAS NOT THE CASE BECAUSE NO ONE PICKED UP THE FREAKING PHONE ON A SUNDAY. He’s like “Oh, well, I don’t remember who I talked to yesterday.” Fast forward a bit -- me and my ride arrive at 2500 N. Forsyth rd. which is the address he gives us. IT’S A FREAKING DIFFERENT BUSINESS THAT DEALS WITH STORAGE UNITS. I call him back and I’m like “we’re here, we’re definitely at a storage unit business and don’t see you guys.” He’s like “go to the left gate and I’ll give you a gate code to get in, someone should be there shortly if they aren’t already.” We go and there’s it’s this sketchy, abandoned junkyard with absolutely no signs or anything to distinguish “A reliable towing”. There’s a random guy doing something and we tell him we’re looking for the towing company, he’s like “go aaaallll the way down and it’ll be on the left”. I couldn’t get out of there soon enough. It was extremely, extremely fortunate for me that the person giving me a ride also happened to be someone able and willing to swing by an ATM and lend me $152 until I get paid, or my car would’ve been stuck there until Friday when I got paid and then the price would’ve gone up. No person physically present at the business, they only take cash and can’t provide change and have the nerve to expect you to know all this in advance when you haven’t spoken to anyone, no physical indication or signage of where they are, sketchy location, and address is wrong online. I’m also glad I had someone to accompany me and didn’t take an uber there alone because I would have felt unsafe being a woman alone there, and if it’s blazing hot or raining, there’s nowhere for you to st

Worst towing company on the planet. The owner will not answer the company phone. Will show up 30 mins after his posted company hours which are from 10am to 6pm Monday through Saturday. He will lie about how he towed your vehicle. His company gives no S**** about you vehical and will tow the vehical in gear and damage your transmission (as is what happened to me) and not take any credit for it.If you are towed by his sketchy scum of a company inspect your vehical!! And document the damage to it right away! Then if you have a legitimate claim take him to small claims and sue him for what he owes you because he has messed up too many people's vehicles to continue his "practice."Lastly if you were towed by this company I am truly sorry. Be prepared to deal with a real sketchy a**hole that runs the company.

A little background info: Went with my boyfriend to pick up his car. He got a used car unexpectedly from his parents in Gainesville and couldn't transfer his parking sticker. Drove back to Orlando at 11pm. Towed around 11:30. Office isn't open Sunday so couldn't get a sticker, but got an overnight pass from office worker. Put the pass in my car and went to this hell hole to pick up his car.

As soon as we get there the workers are standing around lousy talking about how they'll tow any car whenever they want. Trying to scare my boyfriend and I while he paid the 125$ fee. Once my boyfriend got in his car to drive off they approach me telling me they will tow my car for having a blank parking pass. I explain it is not mine it is for him to park by his apartment tonight. Continues to threaten me and my car saying he will call the front office and get me in trouble than tow me. I have a visitor sticker so whatever. MAINPOINT: Don't go alone, if you are a girl or bring your girlfriend stay with her at all times. They do verbally harass and threaten you even if you are polite and keep quite. Very sketchy business.

They are nice little strict but in the end we all learn a lesson from that stupid mistake but it sucks but at least they try to think positive they had a ruff day too but this is stupid how it's 125 per day plus storage ehh.

As stated before by other reviewers, this company has contracts to tow cars from UCF area housing complexes. However, for my situation, the spots were unmarked as residents only. It is truly unethical. Please take this into consideration when choosing a tow company.

Park where you are supposed to

this company does it job and knights circle puts the containers there not a tow truck company. I park where I'm supposed to and if the walk is far then oh well. Man up and follow the rules.

This company preys on struggling college students. They have contracts with apartments near colleges to tow any car that does not have a parking sticker. That would normally be common practice but this company brings in large steel containers to block all visitor parking spots so people have no choice but to park where ever there is an open parking space ! The apartment complexes allow this to go on so I would imagine that they are getting some of the revenue from the $125.00 tow bills. I would not use this company even if it were the last tow trucks on the planet !!

If you believe in God, this place will shatter your faith. These worthless pathetic excuses for human beings towed my car from my own apartment and then shat it in!
