Dechoes

I made an appointment for resale of some high end designer clothes... I drove a half and hour from my home 25 miles to see a woman who didn't even take three minutes to come back out and tell me we aren't taking these brands! I said don't you think if there are specific brands that you aren't taking you should have asked the customer prior to booking the appointment! Never going back watch out there stores over stocked with junk and it's obvious the don't take high end designer clothes

Funky little consignment shop. The shop keeper was friendly enough but had a very rude sign for solicitors outside the door. I almost didn't go in because of it. The nasty sign gave off very bad vibes so my stay was short in the store and I didn't feel real motivated to try anything on.

I'm in from out of town, looking for clothing shops, I find this one on yellowpages.com, but no one answers the phone! I'm calling during regular business hours, and they have 3 locations, but with gas prices the way they are, there's no way I'm driving all over town, JUST to find out if they have an item or not!

Was in Dechoes on Colonial Drive yesterday. I wanted to pay cash for the items I was purchasing for my daugher but only had $40.00 cash so I gave the lady my debit card for the remaining $5.77. While I was checking my back statement this morning I've discovered TWO charges to my debit card, one charge of $45.77 and another charge of $40.00! There is no way this was a mistake because we had a discussion about me wanting to only pay cash and I even asked if she could give me a discount on the items so that I could just pay cash. We even discussed the reason being that I did not want my husband to see the charge on our card after I already bought our daughter school clothes.

I will NEVER be going back there again.
