Heavenly Landscaping and Lawn

Cliff is incredibly nice. He and his staff have always done an excellent job on our lawn. He's gone the extra mile for us without having to be asked, was affordable and was excellent to deal with. I recently had to cancel services because I have to sell my home after some recent issues. Cliff called to tell me I had enough to worry about and the lawn shouldn't be one of them and that he had taken the liberty of taking care of the yard today.

I'd recommend him to anyone and will be using him again in the future. Great person. Great business!

We hired this company after meeting with the owner, Cliff, and detailing (even with a drawing)-the specific idea we had for our lawn and landscaping needs. He assured us he could do the job, gave us a bid and we hired him. After an unproductive first day, he fired his helper, apologized to us and assured us that the job would be done and not to worry. We specifically told him time is of the essence and he understood. We also questioned the amount of sod he ordered being enough, he assured us twice that it was plenty. On day two, after less than half a days work, we came home to apoorly laid sod in part of our front lawn (did not dig up old sod property so the ground would be level), broken sprinkler heads, exposed and cut sprinkler lines and a huge mess of out front and back lawn!! We were not sure why no one was working on our yard so we texted Cliff. We waited a couple hours, then called, also emailed and never did get any response. We did pay him for the entire job after day two because Cliff said he needed the money to pay his workers and for supplies (RED FLAG!!) We trusted this person and he left with our money and left behind a disaster for us to deal with. We had to buy new sod because what Cliff replaced was not installed properly and it did not root, drying up and turning yellow. We had to pay for sprinkler heads and sprinkler line replacements, new sod, dirt to level ground (which was never done?!) and had to pay more money for all his mistakes and poor work to be redone. Cliff was in waaaaay over his head with and instead of being honest and telling us he took our money and left. We have never left a poor review and as business owners we know sometimes things happen, but this is absolutely fraudulent and unacceptable and we do not want this to happen to anyone else!! CONSUMER BEWARE!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!!!
