Oak Ridge Childrens Academy

The management here is very rude and unprofessional. I began to fill out my paperwork for my son to start VPK, and when I called a week before school was to start to tell them I had my children's paperwork completed (a little later than I was going to, as my mom was very ill and had been in the hospital,) I was told that the spot I was ASSURED would be held for him was no longer held. I'm happy now I think it is a blessing in disguise. I chose to send my son that is a little further away, but with much better ratings than I've seen here.

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Check out all the bad reviews. My child fell & got hurt in the playground and nobody informed me. He has had several bumps, scratches & bruises and when I asked the staff they know nothing. They don't really watch over the kids. Plus they have students watching the kids

The director & staff just cover up for each other. Plus they have students watching over the kids.

I am a parent and my children attended this childcare facility. The employees were excellent. They cared about the children. My trouble was with management. They have no respect for the employees or the parents. The employees are afraid to speak out in fear of loosing there jobs. The owner is very dishonest, and is known to over charge and even lie to parents. Pleas I highly advise not to have your children attend this school. I have put in complaints with the department of children and families, the State Attorney office, and Action 13 News. This is not a good choice for a hardworking parent. I do not want another parent to go through the terrible experience me and family went through.
