        They have been responsible for keeping my 2 cars in good running condition for about 4 years now. I have always found them to be honest and truthful. And, if something isn't done right, they always make things right. Never any arguments. I have had body repair work done there, major engine repair, minor vehicle maintenance and electrical work done there also - their work was always completed to my satisfaction. Good honest people!

        I went here to get some residue removed out of my clear coat. When i pulled up, they were confident they could do it. Some of the residue shading still remains and that is just fine as I know how the florida sun bakes.



        BUT - The tech who worked on my car BURNED A HOLE straight through my clear coat, through the paint, all the way down to the primer coat.



        Now, everyone makes mistakes, I get that. As a business owner, the owner should have offered free repair of THEIR mistake. Instead, he proceeded to quote me on what it would cost to get THEIR mistake fixed. Not a good way to do business.



        The little sign in the office that says "If you are unhappy, we want (not will) to make it right" is a bunch of bologna. Don't bother with these guys.

        We towed our vehicle to their location to get an estimate on what issues are and it them 3 weeks to come up with an answer. Every time we called to find out they said ok let me research for more prices. The Gentleman we spoke with never told us we had to pay a huge deposit for the repair until after we agreed to the price and said that he will start working on the vehicle then 4 days later he called and wanted to money.and we conversed over the phone about it and he then said that well he will not start working on it until he gets this large sum of money so he lied to us that he started the work 4 days before. Dont deal with these people they are bad people.

        Auto Body and Collision R-Team - Amazing work - I was hit on I-4 about week ago - They worked with my insurance company and insurance company of the man who hit my car - they repair it - its brand new - just like when i bought it - they are true blessing - thank heavens for Auto Body and Collision R- Team
