Cost-U-Less

I made the two previous reviews. I have to say that they were meant to another cost u less insurance that is via dos picos in Temecula. I am really sorry but I don't know this cost u less insurance. The one on via dos picos has not changed their name from westside insurance to cost u less insurance yet. I called yp to delete my review for this cost u less on jefferson and they advice me that the only thing for me to do is to admit that I made a mistake and to apologise. I mean no disrespect to this bussiness what so ever. What I wrote in English and Spanish is absolutely true but it happened at the cost u less on via dos picos en Temecula. Thats why I am rating this five stars because og my mistake and since I don't know this cost u less I have to right to judge. I am terribly sorry.

No vayan a esta agencia cobran muchisimo por encontrarte una aseguranza de auto haciendote creer que las compañias de autos cambiaron sus tarifas. Eso es lo que me dijo la señora johanna burns y era mentira me cobraron $280 de comision sin decirme. Hable con el gerente max santana y es peor que los que trabajan ahi. Es cerrado de la cabeza y dice pues ya firmaste el papel y no te podemos ayudar. Cuando le explique que johanna burns me mintio en lo que cobraba la aseguradora dice que ella hace bien su trabajo. Cuando salgo de su oficina johanna ayudava a otro cliente y volvio a hacer lo mismo a decirle al cliente que era cierta cantidad para la seguradora y jamas le dijo cuanto cobraban ellos. Cuando se lo hise saber al gerente dijo que ese era otro caso diferente. Por eso son mentirosos y rateros por que abusan en sus precios con la gente necesitada. No vayan ahi yo ya no regresare. Ni pensarlo.

They charge $280 in brokers fee to find u a car insurance. They don't explain that to u. They say is what the insurance company charges u. Shop around do not go there. If they was a choice I would not even give them a star. The lady that helped me johanna burns lies. Doesnt tell u the right information just tell u wrong info so u can sign the contract and their manager max santana is the worst. He won't help u at all.
