Pinch A Penny Pool Patio Spa

Never have had a bad experience. They are always helpful, courteous and willing to help. They always jump up to take my chlorine or heavy items to the car without being asked. Test my water and generally have positive attitudes. Only downside is they are usually always busy and some of the parts are very expensive. That's not their fault though as some suppliers like Polaris won't cut deals on prices so they have to sell at full retail. They always make coming in a pleasure.

Absolutely the worst Pinch a Penny store we've ever used. It's more like a boy's club than a store, led by the gruff owner. We've been to this store a few times over the years, the last couple as a last resort, and each time we've left with a very sour taste about the staff's behavior.



Bottom line - stay away from this store unless you want to be treated with utter contempt by the management and staff. They don't have the least comprehension of customer service or basic common courtesy. As this was the first Pinch a Penny store I ever used I got a bad impression of the whole chain, which is unfortunate - we've since discovered that they're all franchises, and that staff and management at other stores can be far better. This store is clearly the lemon in the group of stores locally.
