This place was horrible! I couldn't tell you about the food because we never got to the point of ordering food. Our waitress could not tell us anything about the menu. She came to our table 3 times and each time we asked about the fish of the day and she could not tell us what it was. We finally just left. Ralph and Caccoo's is a much better option"

Poor service. Had to wait about ten minutes before receiving drinks, soft drinks etc. The food was good but the service need an improvement. I was with a large group and I think if the waiter would have had more help from his co-workers it would have been a lot better. I think he was just overwhelmed by the size of our group. The food did take a minute to come and two people in my group food was almost forgotten about. The experience with the waiter was very frustrating at times and we were not a very difficult group. i think the service could be improved by knowledge of order taking.l

EVERTYHING IS GREAT FROM START TO FINISH. THE FOOD IS REAL WONDERFUL I LOVE THE MAC AND CHEESE. THE RIBS OR SO TENDER AND FULL OF FLAVOR. THE BAKED BEANS ARE SEASONED WELL TOO. I HAD THE BARBQUE SHRIMP PASTA WITH THE CHEESE PIZZA BOWL. OH I AM GETTING HUNGRY.... I WILL SEE U THERE.

The food over at Cheesecake Bistro is very good! I love it! You definitely will have to loosen your belt buckle after eating an entire meal because the servings are huge.....but you do pay for it! the drinks are expensive as well. It has a great atmosphere so dress appropriately. I usually go 2-3 times a year because it is about a 75 mile drive from where i live. I usually go for my birthday, my girlfriend's birthday, or for any other special occasion. I recommend the crawfish ravioli or the french club sandwich.

Provided by SuperpagesHaving been there before many years ago I expected the same great service I had then...unfortunately that was not the case. My wife and I had to wait a little over an hour from the time we were seated until the time our food arrived. We were also disappointed when we were told that several items on the menu were not available because they were out of one ingredient or another. The same can be said for the cheesecake menu. Our first choice was not available so we went with our second and found it to be excellent (Oreo). Overall the food was delicious but the service was lacking.

Provided by SuperpagesIt's a really busy business, but once your seated it worth the wait with a good friend and a drink. I love all of Copeland's restaurants and the Cheesecake is one of the best. I wouldn't bring children to this restaurant because of the heavy crowds. I'd try not to bring my children any where with bars. You never know what to expect.

Provided by SuperpagesWe came from out of town to visit with family. We had the worst experience. We had 2 children ages 2 1/2 years old and 16 months. The greater was not very personable and we were seated in a large booth. She stated that we could not have high chairs and gave us 2 booster seats. This sure was not safe for the 16 month old child and he alomost fell out of his seat. The 2 1/2 yr. old child had trouble sitting inthe booster seat also.It took forever to get out food and we finally left with the children for we came in 2 cars and had them put our order in boxes to take out. This sure is not a good place to take youger children. We were very disappointed.
