This is a terrible company. Never showed up, refused to answer the phone, and when we did get ahold of them, they hung up on us. We had a whole Christmas party planned around a limo ride to look at Christmas lights. So very disappointed that we paid for this service in advance and then never got the experience. Only afterwards did we start hearing the horror stories about this company. They are simply the worst. Look on yelp and see the real reviews that the company can't pay to alter. Avoid them at all costs!!!

Yes look at all the BURIED FIVE STAR REVIEWS that Yelp won’t publish on the front page because we REFUSE to pay them to advertise on their site! This is an untrue statement from a disgruntled Susan Kennedy who was not even the client on file! The vehicle that was reserved broke down one hour prior to the scheduled pick up & we immediately called the actual client Rhonda Wilson who was on contract who had actually booked this vehicle & advised her of the situation. We then advised her we did have another vehicle which was a complementary upgrade en route but the serpentine belt which was only 6 months old also broke on that vehicle. We then advised Rhonda that we would contact her in 1.5 hours with an update as we had to slowly return the second vehicle back to the shop to replace the belt as there was no way to stop the overheating issue without a belt. We followed up with the second call as promised & advised her it was almost completed & we would again call her in 15-20 minutes when finished. Even though TWO calls were already placed & discussed with the client Rhonda personally, a Susan Kennedy left a verbally abusive & profanity laced voicemail after those two calls had already been made to our client! We made the THIRD call as promised to the clients direct cell phone # & then Susan answered & refused to let us speak to Rhonda, we then advised her to have Rhonda call us back directly to discuss which she never did the entire evening! While it was unfortunate for all our clients that these vehicles went down at the busiest time of the year for us, this Susan was very rude & unreasonable to the point where she even prevented us from speaking with our client directly on the third call we placed! At no time did anyone from our company hang up on the client as she never called us! WE CALLED THE CLIENT DIRECTLY THREE TIMES!!! This client’s entire amount was refunded the next business day & was even offered a future discount in writing on her next rental with our company. We also had to refund two other clients in full & offered the same discounts & they were all quite understanding, which also includes Rhonda herself. In fact, when Rhonda had contacted our CSR and had spoke about this incident the next business day, it was stated that we were very apologetic in regards to her planned holiday event and this was truly an unfortunate situation that was completely unexpected which took place with the two vehicles that we were trying to accommodate her scheduled holiday event with. We do not build these vehicles or the parts but still offered excellent customer service and kept good communication throughout each situation and all 3 clients will agree! We do NOT pay for ANY review sites & have NEVER done so! We have always handled every situation respectfully, professionally and overall we have received many more positive reviews than a few negative ones. We also have almost 40 years of satisfied clients who return every year for their events so that speaks volumes on how we run our business and treat our clients!

Always a pleasure! Elite limousine is my go-to designated driver service. The prices are very reasonable, so if a few of you want to go out for a night on the town, for about the same price of everyone taking separate taxis, you can all pitch in and keep the party going till the last one gets dropped off! The cars are always clean, drivers are professional, VERY PUNCTUAL and courteous. I guess it's just a bonus that I look like a boss when I pull up in ANY of their fabulous cars!

i have never been in a limo, but this would be a great chance for me and my husband to have a "date night". between work and kids we haven't had one in 7 years.

I have never been in one of your limos but from what I have been told your entire company is very professional and a good time is had by all.
We used Elite Limousine for the tour of the Christmas lights last year. We had three small children and five adults who rode in the car. It was a magical time for all of us as a family and we had such a great time together. Our driver was very sweet to all the children (for stops) and he was very attentive to all of us. We felt like movie stars! I would recommend Elite Limousine 100% should you need any type of car service. I'm booking this annual event every year from now on with Elite Limousine.
