You can't trust them. Their Craigslist ad (yes they have to use Craigslist that's a warning sign if the terrible spelling wasn't enough) needs a bit of translation:

We pay overtime (when you make us, we won't do it otherwise)
and Must not have any disciplinary actions during probation/You must complete probation period before any raises in pay or rank is considered (we make up some offenses and be vague and hostile to you about it. We also have enough loopholes to fire you and before the increases but keep you listed as employed to cheat you out of unemployment benefits because you made us pay you overtime or stood up for yourself, etc).

Mike, Monty, Crystal and Brook are good at exploiting loopholes to abuse employees that you can trust.
