Niece needed tires. I arrived at location 6:15pm waiting for her to pull in at 6:25pm. One employee asked me if I needed help when I told him waiting for my niece to get tires he told me no problem. Within few minutes, another employee who saw first employee talk to me aggressively questioned me as to why I was parked in their parking lot. I went inside to tell them it was rude to treat potential customers like that. Their response verbatim "WE DON'T NEED YOUR BUSINESS" So you have warned as to this "family business" and how they treat customers.

After emailing the corporate office several months ago regarding my experience no one's got back with me. This is a lousy, dirty, unprofessional, excuse of a business. This is a family owned business that care nothing about repeat customers and correcting their mishaps. Beware that if you have an issue with any deficiencies in their work, you are on your own. This company is officially labeled "MISSING IN ACTION".

I visited this location on January 17, 2019, at approximately 12:50 p.m. to get my rear tire repaired and my air pressure checked for the rest of my tires. I've patronized this location several times and purchased many sets of tires in the past. The sales man Alex had always been professional and friendly. On this occasion when I arrived home I noticed all of my wheel caps were missing. I called and spoke to Alex right away. He insinuated I was lying and that I brought my vehicle in with no caps. I disagreed and informed him that I was home and ask for an accommodation for the inconvenience and the trip back to his location in the rain. He became sarcastic and just offered a couple of additional caps. This is the way this establishment treats their regular customers. I have 4 vehicles and Hernandez Tire Pros have lost my business and my family and friend for good. I hope 3$ to 4$ to replace my gas was worth the loss of business. Have a good day Alex.
