Fountain Villa Apartments

I don't even know where to begin with all the reasons you should stay away from this place, but the first and most important one that comes to mind is the attitude and lack of professionalism from the on-site managers, Evelyn Diaz and Myra Padilla.



These are THE worst on-site managers I've encountered. They are both extremely nosy and rude to polite tenants who pay ON-TIME, EVERY TIME. They also fail to acknowledge actual issues at hand, and instead choose to focus their time and efforts on those who mind their own business and do their best to stay out of everyone's way and be a good neighbor. Yes, I'm talking about myself, but I know I'm not alone in this. I have yet to meet a tenant who actually enjoys living here, other than the equally unpleasant old woman who lives next door to these managers from hell (also their friend).



Nothing works for long in this old and UNSAFE building.



Stay away from this GHETTO, cheap, broken-down old building. Because when your property gets broken into due to their faulty security, it will be only YOUR fault in their eyes.
