Mr. Palmer Let my husband drive off the lot knowing it didn't work and had a conversation with him blaming Nissan. Nissan has no reord of my car being there. (4 nissan dealerships in the area) And he's backed by the BBB??? Just got a bill for my overage(10days) of my car rental he said he'd pay for... Of course he isn't returning any of the 6 calls I have placed. Hertz which is in his office can't get him to call them back. That is the last time my husband will ever let my car go to a no name shop.
