Jerry A Bryant & Sons Plumbing

Noticed that my water heater was leaking from the top. I did my research online, and feared that I may need to get a replacement. I called Bryant because they were local and had great reviews. I called in the morning, and Mr. Bryant was able to work me in to see what the problem was in the afternoon. Water heater was cracked, and Mr. Bryant quoted me a more than fair price including labor. He did not charge me extra due to the after hour service. I even called Mr. Bryant while he was getting the heater to see how much it was to go up a size. It was not a problem at all!

Mr. Brant wants to make sure his prices are in line with other's rates and that his service is better. Would definitely hire again and recommend to friends and family.

I've been using Jerry as my plumber for 4+ years for various jobs ranging from water heater repairs to outdoor faucet installs. I highly recommend his company! His prices have always been 1.5x-2x lower than competitors. He runs a fair, honest business and is very knowledgable. He has always delivered high quality work and has the answers all my questions. He even designed a new pipe system on the fly that allows me to reroute the water flow in and out of my dual hot water heater tanks in case one needs to be shut off. If you're looking for a plumber, go through his company. His team will deliver and then some. A++

Please get a warranty on products and workman ship. Also specific if you want new fixtures are existing fixtures they may have in stock. I've had 2 plumbers to repair what I paid this company to do in less than 5 months.

Jerry came to our house on a Sunday night to replace our busted water heater. Very Fair, no salesman tactics, just told you like it was and gave a fair price. His reputation is what sold us. Honest, friendly, hardworking. Will be our go-to from now on.

Well, I would not trust them if they say they will not charge you extra to come out on a Saturday, because they will! If you are looking for the most cost effective way to get a leaky faucet fixed, they cost the exact same as the "big guys" if not a little more. I bought the piece that needed to be replaced at Lowe's, thinking I could replace it myself, but ended up having to call them to do it. They used the $45 piece I bought and still charged me about double what I was expecting to pay! After the price of this company plus the $45 piece, I paid more for this company than the "big guy" plumber I called to come and give me a quote first.

For price, I would rate them 1-2 stars, but for politeness and helpfulness, I would rate them 5 stars, especially next to the "big guys" who treated me like I was the dumbest person alive when they came to give me a quote. Overall, if I had the money, I would definately use this company again, but if you are looking to save some money keep in mind that they are all expensive and cost about the same, but don't call on the weekend!

Only use them, Jerry is PROMPT and does GREAT work!

The lower element in our water heater went out and I did not have the tools to fix it. I called Jerry and he was able to come out the next day and get it done. What impressed me the most was how flexible he was to come out and see my problem due to the fact that my family leads such a hectic life. When we were able to squeeze in 30 minutes for him to come I gave him a call and he was right out there. He did not try and say my problem was worse than what I already knew it was, he just fixed the problem and gave me a good price. I will definitely be calling him again for any plumbing issues I have.
