My wife and I were visiting Orlando from Michigan when the check engine light went on in my 2011 Jeep Cherokee. I took into Napleton, they diagnosed the problem. It was the unusual failure of a part in the power train. Not only did they have the part, but they fixed it the same day I brought it in so very little of our time was lost and I didn't need to rent a car. Just as importantly, Service Advisor Michael Kornikowski figured out for me that the extended power train warranty applied (my car had 44,000 miles on it) and I had no charge for a job that with parts would otherwise have cost me over a thousand dollars. You can't do better than that. Good job, Michael and Napleton!

Terrible experience. Was sold a used 2003 Dodge durango with low mileage that fell apart in 6 months. Was never told it had been in an accident prior to buying and was extremely overcharged upon every maintinence visit for the next year after that.
Just FINALLY got rid of that money pitt (not just because of the car, but also because of senseless repairs and policy "loopholes." Very dismissive attitude, I never got the car back in full working condition after I was told the MULTIPLE repairs would address all problems. Lost about 8 grand in 2012 over this. Glad to be done with the vehicle and Napelton.
