Oksana Skin Esthetics

This place is great. Oksana is very sweet and broke down everything that was going on with my skin and let me know possible reasons why it was acting the way it was (it has been acting dehydrated for a few months). Her extractions were by far the most through I have ever had (starts to hurt after a while) but so glad when they are done. The room is cozy and very relaxing. Her moisturizer recommendations were great, my skin is still working to get back to normal, however the facial and moisturizer helped a great deal. Excited to go back.

It's been a week now since I had my facial and my skin still looks and feels great. And when you're middle-aged that's saying a lot. I had the pumpkin peel and a cucumber something with a hydrating spray. It was so relaxing that I would have been happy with just the process. When I saw the results - ahhhhhh. And, this was just 1/2 hour. I would highly recommend this facial. One of the best, I've ever received. I did use a coupon for this service. I will be back as a full-paying customer.

Conscientious and meticulous care, comfortable surroundings, flexible hours, and you feel fabulous when you exit. I just had eyelash extensions put in. For smaller Asian eyes, this, I thought, would be an excercise in futiility. I'm completely pleased with my results and if you want to see details on my experience and the before/after pix, I blogged about it here. I got extensions again the week before my wedding and i was excited with the results. Oksanais a complete professional that is responsive, considerate, and attentive. Not sure why some of the negative reviews exist on Yelp. I mean Oksana has taken appointment requests from me via SMS. If that isn't amazing service, I don't know what is. Maybe people who've never been at Oksana Skin Esthetics before aren't aware that this is a one person shop where Oksana does NOT answer phones or emails in the middle of an appointment (because that would just be rude to the current client) but is fast and responsive in between appointments. Oksana's awesome and I can't endorse her more!

Oksana Skin Esthetics is WONDERFUL. I've been to my fair share of salons and spas, and this is right up my alley. Oksana is easy going, down-to-earth, and made me feel amazing after having a stressful day. She knows what she's doing, and her little space is comfortable, affordable, and fabulous. The best thing is that Oksana makes you feel comfortable and doesn't pressure you into buying things you don't need, but has great recommendations if you ask her. I would recommend her to anyone for waxing, facials, and any other service that I haven't experienced yet there I'm sure is superb and professional. Definitely give her a try!

I couldn't agree more with all the other reviews. Oksana is amazing. I booked a facial with her last month and felt like I was transported to some otherworldly place. Completely wonderful. I was even told I was glowing afterwards. And it's great that she doesn't pressure you to buy products unlike all the other facialists I have gone to before. Everything a spa treatment should be!

Every experience I've had at Oksana Skin Esthetics has been amazing! Oksana did a wonderful job shaping my brows that were once completely "hacked" by an old hair dresser. Thanks to her, they now look fabulous! Her facials are out of this world. Relaxing, gentle, and my skin looks and feels absolutely incredible after. I also love that only all natural products are used. Oksana is professional, caring, and I don't trust my skin anywhere else!!! I came out of Oksana's salon looking ten years younger. I highly recommend Oksana Skin Esthethics. She got me in on short notice -- 3 days! She responded immediately to my phone call about the appointment. I had no trouble parking nearby and my appointment started right on time. She was very professional and kind throughout! I've never been much of a girlie girl. I have a bit of a laissez-faire attitude towards beauty. I don't exfoliate or use expensive creams, and I don't buy makeup in department stores. As far as makeup goes, I wear only a bit of foundation and transparent lip moisturizer. Even my my standards, my skin has been sadly neglected this past year, and if I'm totally honest, probably since my daughter was born 3 years ago. Oksana smoothed out my neglected skin and hydrated it again. I left her place with my skin looking much more smooth and healthy. I needed a lot of extractions, which she did quite skillfully. She is very thorough and professional. I love it that she owns her own business, too.

I've been going to Oksana Skin Esthetics for over 2 years (4 to 6 times a year). I'm definitely loyal to Oksana. She knows how to treat my skin.



The best part about her facials is that she takes out every single one of my blackheads (poor Oksana). Even though it can be uncomfortable, I appreciate that she devotes most of our appointment clearing up my skin. I've gone to the fancy spas in the city for facials and they usually just take out one or two of your blackheads then spend the rest of the appointment trying to scare you that your skin is going to fall off because you didn't use x, y, z products five years ago while massaging you.



I've bought a couple of several skin care products from Oksana and they work well with my skin. Note that it took me several visits (as well as trying out the samples at home) before I purchased from her. She does not pressure you into buying the products.



The only downside with Oksana Skin Esthetics is that you have to book your appointment ahead of time (I book my next appt. after each session). It's not the type of place to call last minute for an appointment (or drop by). It's okay the wait is worth it.

There are not enough words to describe how grateful I am to have found Oksana at Oksana Skin Esthethicst! All throughout my teenage years I would only breakout during "that time of the month". But as soon as I turned 22 by skin got worse. I would always have at least five active pimples around my chin area. Sometimes they would become cysts. I tried everything on the market, but nothing worked. So I thought about going to a dermatologist but I was a little worried about some of the medications they might prescribe me. Then one day my husband showed me an ad from Groupon for Oksana Skin Esthethicst. I think it was meant to be! After my first facial my skin took a complete 180. I am on my third facial and my skin has never looked better. I will be going back to Oksana for years to come. I would definitely recommend Oksana Skin Esthethics to anybody who is suffering with acne.

I consider myself very fortunate to find this place after so many years and so much money spent at the numerous LA spas! I have been going here for about 6 months. Now my skin looks as it never did in my life, with even tone and healthy texture. I always had very dry ultra-sensitive skin very prone to breakouts. When I saw Oksana for the first time she promised to heal my skin, and she actually did and in just couple of months. After three facials friend of mine asked what I have been doing to my skin!



Oksana is highly experienced esthetician. She always approaches my skin with customized facials, catering to the specific needs. She uses different high-tech machines, what I find rear for US. I never ever had any single breakout after she did extractions on me. After each facial my skin is just glowing, can't find any better word for that. Most of the clients here have been seeing her for years, now I definitely know I will be one of them.



I can't recommend this place more. If you want to get a quality skincare with long-term results, come here, you will not get disappointed! Thank you, Oksana!

Oksana specializes in lashes and facials. I arrived with every pore clogged with gunk and a major (uncharacteristic) breakout. Horror of horrors, I had picked some!!! Oksana very gently admonished my picking choice and then continued to give me the best facial I have ever had. Seriously, ever.

I've been to many other salons and spas. I've been around a wee bit, I know that this was very, very good.



Oksana is very calming, gentle, and like her, the studio is serene. Although my facial consisted mainly of (much needed) extractions, I was still relaxed. Oksana ended with a hand and forearm massage-- it was great!



Oksana is very knowledgeable, does NOT push product, and has very flexible hours & she'll answer all of your questions.

Went back for a pre-wedding facial, brow waxing and eyelash tinting. I was super scared about eyelash tinting. Oksana helped me not worry about going blind & I now ONLY trust her with my lashes. Every single pore in my nose was cleared. No small feat. Very, very impressed & I didn't even break out after!! If you are getting married, go to Oksana!

Oksana knows everything. She analyzed my skin, told me about the current products I use and told me what products to change over to for the type of skin I want and results I am looking for. Within a month, my skin was the best it has ever been in my entire life and still is. I see Oksana every 6 to 8 weeks. I HIGHLY recommend her to everyone.

The BEST Eyelashes! The Best Services! Among numbers of wonderful beauty salons and lash extension services in LA, this little salon is outstanding! So Cool! Very comfortable! So much decadence! What's so great? Well, first of all, the person who applies eyelashes, Oksana, is a wonderful person. She has a great sense of humor, is very caring, and knows how to listen to the clients (very important!). She does such a professional and perfect job, and at the same time, is so good at letting clients be in a great comfort. As a regular client of Oksana Skin Esthetics, I proudly recommend this place to anyone who seeks for beauty! Not only eyelash extensions and facials, but products and services are also just so EXCELLENT! She does have great line-up of cosmetics neatly & cleanly displayed, especially Jane Iredale(yeah, Jane Iredale!). Oksana may let you try products with "many" pieces of advices, which are so helpful! Anyway, the entire salon is filled with so much kindness and love. My next appointment is in 2 weeks, but I'm not sure if I could wait...it's just so good to be there....

By far the best in town. The best thing about this place is Oksana. Finally someone who knows what she is doing, explains to you every step and gives you advice on how to care for your skin on your own! I received a treatment for my dry,red skin, Oksana spent a lot of time with me and explained to me that I have rosacea. she gave me a very specific type of treatment just for my type of skin, she also set me up on a regimen that is helping my skin to heal and reduce the redness and dryness I am experiencing. I have never had such personalized treatment. I recommend this place to anyone who needs special attention, I will certainly return soon.
