Great selections of prom/formal and bridal gowns at affordable prices. The staff were nice, friendly and give you some quiet time to shop. They also offer onsite alteration if one needed. Give them a visit, you won’t be disappointed. The place is hidden gem.

Excellent jobs!!
I pulled my old dress from a wardrobe for the next event, but unfortunately it was small for me now! I don't know what to do with it, and can not get a new one because it is a special dress, not selling in regular stores. Then my friend asked me to try Kim's shop.
I went there, and after a week or so, she made the dress fit me perfectly!! Amazing, really!

Initially I was very impressed. They had a great variety and were friendly. Then when they got more customers in the shop the tide turned. There are only two dressing rooms and if your someone who needs to try on things before you make your mind up this is not the place for you. Was made to feel we were taking to much time. When I am spending money I do not want to be rushed. I have worked in customer service and I know you want to make all customers happy but that is not at the expense of another. Would not recommend it for that reason. Never have been made to feel that way anywhere and I am getting up there.

Provided by SuperpagesAmazing experience while visiting the store for prom dress search! Since my body is not extremely perfect, so my clothes are always need alterations! For my coming prom party, I need to look for the one I like most. Headed out my Fern Creek school with some classmates for a local store, just across the street (very convenient for us at FCHS), named KC Bridal & Prom at The sewing Room, we finally found 3 favorite dresses for us, but not for Kate (she's kind of picky!!). And everything went smoothly for us with alteration skills of the owner, Ms Kim. She has offered some discounts for us on the dresses, on the alteration fees, and even on the neighbor term!! After several weeks, we got all the dresses done beautifully. We are now ready for the big and fun night before heading to college. Thanks so much Ms Kim for your hard working and your generous support to our local school. AL
This alterations shop should be rated with 5 stars plus, absolutely! The owner is really an expert in her profession: designing, tailoring, customizing, fixing ... Recently she has expanded her business to provide beautiful bridal & prom dresses for ladies. She got some tuxedos for rent to gentlemen as well. I highly recommend this shop to anyone in needs, you won't be disappointed at all, trust me! Thank you Kim, you did an excellent jobs for me. See you again soon. Tracy

My daughter bought her dress several months before her great day, then she gained some weight, but Kim has amazingly used her talent to make it fit perfectly for my girl. Wonderful work, Kim! Then my husband needs several of his suits to be fixed. She did them well too!!! Thank you so very much! Provided by SuperpagesMy body shape is not fit to any ready-made dresses in shops, and I urgently need a bridesmaid gown done in 2 days. I bought one and took it to Kim at the Sewing Room, and she did a fabulous job! I really appreciate it!!! I would commend to anyone her excellent skills. And she can make a dress for you as in a catalog as well... Jennifer
