Oh, they are most helpful when getting new service, but go back with a problem and they are the most uncaring and rude individuals. They will take your money and don’t bother to check and see if the phone is working and then won’t refund your money. They are the most rude people, especially, BRENT. Avoid him at especially, better still, just avoid this store.

At this particular store the clerk tried to overcharge me $75 for two lines of new service. Went to the store on Taylorsville Road and got two lines of new service, new phones (LG k7) and cases for $100. Seventy five dollars less than the other Guy tried to charge me.

Horrible!! Do not buy iPhones. Dmaged or refurbished.

Privately ran, unwilling to help with problems that corporate says they should, hostile. Manager scammed me out of 593$ on a S5 that was reported stolen and wants 110$ to fix it. I called the corporate store and they said only the store I bought it from can help. I called the manufacturer and they basically said the phone is a brick now.
