Johnny Rockets

Horrible service, horrible food. Never coming back! How do you mess up tea? Waiter took forever to greet us because he was flirting with the girls at the table behind us. Food tasted awful and the order wad screwed up. Long wait and expensive. Not worth your time or money. Waiter did nothing to fix the situation after I voiced my displeasure.

I went to Johnny Rockets on a Saturday night with my friend before 1025 at night. We understood that the restaurant closed at 11 pm but we figured we would be in and out as quick as we can as courtesy to your employees. As soon as we walked in, an employee greeted us and we sat down and got our menus. All was well until we realized we had been waiting for quite some time. Employees were starring at us and talking with each other as we sat without having been helped. when it turned 10:45 p.m., almost 10:50 p.m., we were confronted by an young girl employee telling us that they will be closing soon so they cannot input our order in the computers anymore. but if we really wanted to order, we would have to take it to go. my friend and i, being very upset, told her we had been waiting there for over 25 minutes without being helped and she replied with "yes and I am sorry about that but we still cant help you." so we got up and left without talking to the manager or anybody else. i am deeply upset about this experience as a fellow waitress of 2 years and don't appropriate this kind of behavior in the food industry. I did warn all my friends and family about the service i had with the Johnny Rockets on Ware Road in Mcallen Texas and they all replied that they don't go there anymore because of the bad experiences they have as well. I couldn't believe that this kind of behavior is happening in the food industry and its a shame that we had to experience something like this because we are now convinced that Johnny Rockets is not a restaurant anybody i know will be going to anymore.

NEVER AGAIN!!!! We tried going in as a family because my youngest wanted to have a burger there. So we get there, ask for a table for 5. We were told to wait which is perfectly normal. Young lady comes back and lets us know that a booth will be ready in a few minutes. So she comes back and tells us that she can seat us at a booth. I asked and “how many people is the booth for?” And she very nonchalantly, said “ummm for 4people!” I replied “ok,” but we are 5people and not exactly size zeros! “Normal” sized people and all adults!! Could you please add that table at the end of the booth so that we could fit properly because adding a chair to the end of a table that is made to sit four people, will just not cut it.. It was going to be an extremely tight fit! The waitress went to ask and was told No! No! I said. Your not willing to accommodate your first timers could be clients? Seriously? The best the teenybopper manager was willing to do, was to sit us at the end of the restaurant and ad a chair!!! I say GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE MISS MANAGER!!!! What part of “we don’t fit at a table for four” did you not understand!!! We are 5 people!!! It was our first time going; never in a million years would I have guessed that we would not be accommodated. The table would NOT have been in anyone’s way at all!!!! Seriously no one could enjoy a meal like that.. But, that is fine because WE WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!!! There is no burger that is worth that type of humiliation…….. Johnny Rockets You lost a whole family worth of customers. Because I quickly spread the word on how we were treated…. My rating? A big fat ZERO!!!!! Micky D's and BK have better service than you do!!!!! Good written's!!!
