Courtesy Towing

The driver was extremely rude. I was unloading something into the house Thanksgiving weekend and a courtesy towing truck came and picked up the car because it was parked on the side of my road in the condo complex in front of my house I lived in. I was literally there for 3 minutes! He had a sheet of paper saying he could tow cars parked after 12:00am it was 11:55 when he picked up the car. He demanded $65 dollars right away or else he'd take the car to his shop and it would be $125 to get it out 2 days later on Monday! begged him to please not do this and showed him I was unloading something. He could care less. Do not use them! No courtesy there... I'm now notifying the neighborhood community I live in that he is taking cars before the allowed time to make money! Shame on them!

Great service and very polite. Driver was knowledgeable and informative in towing my particular kind of car.
