The Parkway RV Resort & Campground

Strongly recommend you NOT book reservations at Parkway RV. There are other options for staying in the area just off the I-5. In August 2016 we booked 3 nights over a weekend in October but they booked the dates for September, mid-week. I even told the manager we were joining two other couples the same weekend and she checked her records and said, "Yes, we have them down". They did send an e-mail confirming the dates but I did not notice their dates were incorrect. I called in October to cancel the reservations as our group had to cancel a paddle we were planning in the area, and they never mentioned that their records showed that we were a "no show" for Sept. or that we didn't even have reservations for Oct. I was lead to believe my bank card would be credited, minus one night, but was clearly misled. It has taken four telephone calls dealing with a very rude woman who runs the place to learn that Parkway fully intends to stand by their mistake and essentially rip us off. So much for the desire to do the right thing and for promoting repeat business. We RV alot and have never dealt with such rudeness.

Before my husband passed away, we would visit The Parkway RV Resort on a monthly basis. We have some great memories from staying at the campground during our coaching days.

We really enjoy our stays at The Parkway RV Resort. I like that its not all concrete, and that there is a lot of grassy areas. It's a great atmosphere for families.

The Parkway RV Resort & Campground is a really nice campground for families. We enjoy the grassy areas, and its just a nice place overall with great people working at the facility.

We've stayed here plenty of times over the years. It's a really nice campground with a lot of useful amenities. It's also very clean.

So peaceful and quiet at The Parkway Campground, after a long day at our SVS races. Always friendly and pleasant folks there too. Be sure to relax at their nice swimming pool, and around The Parkway Fire Pit at night. Have a cold one with the boys!



The Denkes

I can't even begin to say enough about this gorgeous park! So clean, friendly and the shade trees are amazing! The whole park is surrounded with groves of trees. The swimming pool is awesome and looks newly plastered. There is a bonus room and a large laundry room and bathrooms with large walk-in showers. I decided to stay for longer than intended.

What a nice find! It's a half mile away from the freeway noise in a cozy rural setting. I was surprised to find such large sites with plenty of space between RV's. I didn't feel sandwiched in between rigs. Restrooms and showers are new and beautiful, plus they are kept clean! Owners are hands-on and it's a family affair. That' a refreshing change of pace from franchises and big corporately owned parks. Check them out for a relaxing rural retreat. We'll be back next year.
