Citrus Ambulatory Surgery Center

I had a very bad experience regarding billing at Citrus Ambulatory Center. I was told there would be no co-pay and the procedure was covered by insurance...so I was extremely surprised to receive a bill for $462 a month post-procedure. The billing department in Nashville was not helpful and they chose not to respond to a request for info from the Dept. of Consumer Services. I would not recommend Citrus Ambulatory to anyone unfortunately.

I had an ERCP and a Colonoscopy today at this facility. I am completely impressed with every part of this place! Everyone was professional and personable. I felt so safe and cared for. I highly recommend this place to everyone! They made a very scary experience, a lot better. One nurse even held my hand till I went to sleep. Thank you so much to all of you!

Highly recomended. The staff is very friendly. Since I arrived, made me feel calm. I want to mention who treated me with so much love: Myrna, who can understand my bad english jaja, Lexine and Meisha teach them how to say up and down in Spanish and Delayne who was to end with me when I woke up and it was so nice.

Finally I thank Dr. Aggarwal for his attentions and kindness. He is a good doctor.

Highly recommend Citrus Surgical Center Delaney Ave Orlando FL... attended to by 7/8 professionals from front desk to recovery... the best over my lifetime of 25/26 procedures, surgeries and treatments over my lifetime. Excellent

I've had 2 Endoscopies here in the past 2 years. Both experiences were the same. I felt comfortable from the time I walked in the door and spoke to the receptionist. Everyone was so caring and friendly. They deserve some great reviews.
