        HORRIBLE!!!! I have no idea how this store has not been closed down yet. The first time we ordered from them for an employee's birthday the order never came, no one answered the phone, and finally corporate got involved and we received the order 2 days later. We gave them another shot for another employee's birthday (shame on us!) and come close of business at 5pm they finally pull up as our birthday girl is walking out the door. However, when asked where the bundle of balloons was that we ordered the driver said "They flew away and I couldn't catch them". WOW!! I am beyond shocked at how this business is run. STAY AWAY!

        I placed an order 6 days in advance for Valentines day to be delievered to a business. My girlfiend and her coworkers knew it was coming. They waited all day and it never arrived. Guys, imagine your lady waiting all day for her special delivery. Imagine all the other girls getting flowers while yours waits and waits. Then goes home empty handed. Imagine yourself being dumb enough to use this company. Oh, they did finally deliever it to the after hours security guard. I hope he enjoyed it.

        Bad customer service, ordered a week before the delivery date with specific instructions and never was delivered. When contacted the store the personnel was rude and did not even offered an apology or look for a solution for the problem. never would do business with Edible arrangement.
