Called this place on 11/5/13 to get my carpets cleaned and set up and appt for 11/11/13 @ 1pm. I was asked to send an email with my address and number and they sent back a confirmation email with the date of the appt. Of course, as with any planned carpet cleaning, we got the house ready and moved some furniture and put a lot things up on the beds. On the 11th, NO SHOW and NO CALL. I called twice and never received a return call. I also emailed and never heard back. I will not be doing business with this company ever and that;s a shame because we give a lot of referrals. I also found out that on all of the review sites, the owner is actually posting fake, positive reviews as a customer. His name is Michael Carvalho or Mike C.

Had my carpets dry cleaned with this company and could not believe the professional tech who came to my house, He not only gave me pointers on how to care for my rugs but showed me how to keep up with them~ They do not steam clean they DRY CLEAN carpets.
