La Rosa Del Monte Express Inc

I cannot express how enraged I am with what I cannot call "service" with this company. False advertising is one of the worst sins a company can engage in. In Puerto Rico, I was assured my furniture would be delivered in "3-4 weeks". It is going on two months now and they have not even called to give me an update. It has been me who's had to constantly bother them, and they have still not delivered my shipment. I would recommend you stay away from these bozos, but I don't want to insult clowns. The system will not take my review unless I select a rating, if I could, they would get absolutely nothing.

La Rosa Del Monte Express were quick to pick up and worked with us to deliver as promised. However, as far as damage to our personal property they did not respond. We are two adults with great furniture that we took care of to have La Rosa Del Monte Express break or damage almost every piece. We had insurance on those pieces for which we put a claim in and nothing. We called, we emailed and got nothing in return. Every time I look at my beautiful furniture I remember not to ever employ La Rose Del Monte Express.

Were very professional on my move from L.A. to Orlando, have used other companies and very much disliked them. They made moving stress-free and 100% will be recommending them to everyone i know, good job.

They delivered my items from N.Y. with no problems, but on a return to move to another state one young fellow stole items from my suitcase's, the guy quit, and my items were never replaced. the office workers are very professional in the orlando office, i would go to their office again. They do help you pack and do provide tape and large boxes.
