IF I COULD LEAVE LESS THAN ONE STAR I WOULD!!!I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE, THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE AND THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT CARE TO LISTEN TO WHAT YOU WANTI HAVE BEEN IN THE UCF AREA FOR MORE THAN 3 YEARS AND I USED TO GO THERE ALL THE TIME TO DO MY EYEBROWS AND NAILS, THEY CHANGED THEIR MANAGEMENT AND THE PLACE WENT DOWN THE DRAIN.THEY HAVE A LADY CALLED TAMMY, IF SHE EVER OFFERS TO DO YOUR EYEBROWS OR SERVICE TO YOU I RECOMMEND THAT YOU RUN THE OTHER WAY. TODAY I WENT TO DO MY EYEBROWS I TOLD HER WHAT I WANTED AND SHE DID WHATEVER SHE WANTED, SHE DESTROYED THE SHAPE OF MY EYEBROWS AND THEN PROCEEDED TO ARGUE WITH ME WHEN I TOLD HER SHE DID A BAD JOB SHE TOLD ME "YOU ARE HAVING A BAD DAY AND SHOULD LEAVE I DO NOT WANT TO DEAL WITH YOU" I HAD A GREAT SHAPE THAT WAS FULL NOW I HAVE THIN EYEBROWS WITH NO SHAPE... THERE ARE BETTER PLACES AROUND THE AREA THAT TREAT AND VALUE THEIR CUSTOMERS

I walked into the salon on a Thursday afternoon and was told by the receptionist they were busy and there was a 30 minute wait. She asked if I could come back, so I made an appointment for an hour later which she said was no problem. When I came back she stated they were still busy and I'd have to wait at least another 30 minutes or said I should just come come back tomorrow. It was 3:30 in the afternoon!!! She started getting extremely rude, so I walked out and went somewhere else.

Until today I would have given this salon the highest review. HOWEVER, I just had the wax job from Hell. I have been having full leg and Brazilian waxes for over 10 years so I am no stranger to the procedure. My guess is that I have used at least 8 places during those years. Never a problem. Even at Riana's. Today they could not get the wax off of me. It had to be cut and picked off and the job left half done. At one point one of the tech even used alcohol on me - OUCH. By then I had so much raw skin it was painful and just plain stupid to to that. I told her no more of that...They tried 2 different techs and 2 pots of wax. Just an awful experience and to make it worse they were going to charge me for a partial and they were taking another girl in after me...Poor thing.

LOVEE this place! They give the best manicures!! They use a plastic baggie and put lotion in it and then warm them up, it's the greatest thing everrr! I haven't gotten a pedicure here yet but I plan on it when I go back to school in the fall. Go to this place, it's just wonderful!
