very mismanaged company.Do not pay their employees what they owe them.Payroll information is sent in the wrong way to the payroll company and this company covers it up by saying that the guards did not submit their pay sheets

Ever since new management took over, they have flipped it around. New young guy is very active very hungry, will get the job done .

They do not pay the officers correctly, missing hrs on paychecks, say they gonna give a raise and they do not put it in your check for a long time. The sargeants and higher ups constantly call you afteryou say you are unable to work on days off, or after u work 8 hrs already. They threaten officers if they dont work when asked, and write up officers for ridiculous reasons like pants.

Excellent Company I Love Them, They Saved My Life

Needed some armed guards for my company to replace another company, so I went online and saw US Security listed on Google and Superpages.com so I new they were going to be good. Spoke to Tatinana and she was very professional and so I decided to try them out, and so far they are by far the best guards I have dealt with in years. I would recommend them to any company.

Guest in hawthorn suites hotel 2/19 to 2/24/07. While on duty night security guard observed on computer at least 7 different times between 10:00 pm. and 7:00 am. Guest had $200 dollars, Sears credit card and driver's license stolen between 4:00 and 4:30 am. on 02-20-07. Guard was fired the next morning, but no apology was received from the management of the hotel or the security company. Need name of guard. Merchandise was shipped to an address approximately 10 miles from the hotel in orlando.
