Valvoline Instant Oil Change

Valvo-LIARS. They stripped my drain plug. I asked to see the video they claimed to have watched to make sure their technician didn't over tighten it or torque it...they refuse to let me or my mechanic see it. Area manager Mike claims to be the highest level of authority in the company. Never had or even heard of this issue and have owned my car for 6 years. My mechanic, Jiffy Lube, Airport Chrystler Jeep, etc. have never done this to my SUV. I merely stopped in 700 miles before next oil change (with my mechanic) to have brake fluid checked. They gave me a $20 off coupon to get oil changed, so I gave it a try. They failed and lying about it. Shame on you, VALVO-LIE.
