This visit to Dr.Yung office, has been very comfortable and everyone has made me feel as I have been coming here for years. I would be referring some of my friends to her,because my friends are very particular and I know they will love it here. i was here for my annual exam and I feel very confident that I got that and all sorts of questions and more, answered in the best way possible by DR Alice Yung. If you want to feel treated with respect and not wit forever in the waiting room and have a professional and comfortable experience, look no further this is the place to be.

Alice is always very kind and answers all of my questions completely. She does not seem in a rush, rather takes her time and has a calming energy. Her staff has also always been very sweet and efficient. I feel very comfortable and lucky to have found this doctor.

The doctor was great, she gets right down to business. I had some questions about other forms of birth control and she had a lot of details about them which helped me out. She knows what she is doing and knowledgeable and willing to talk about anything you might feel uncomfortable about.

Dr. Yung is amazing! I have been coming to her for about 6 years and always felt taken care of. I highly recommend her to anyone.

Walking into Dr. Yung's office on my first visit, I was impressed by the friendliness of the staff and cleanliness of the office. I was nervous because this is the place that I am trusting to take care of me and my baby during my pregnancy. However, each and every visit has been positive and I am thankful that I found Dr. Yung. She is clear and direct, and answered all of my questions so that I was comfortable. Sometimes there is a wait, but I know Dr. Yung is patiently answering another woman's questions as she will answer mine when I am in the exam room.

Dr. Alice was very thorough with her exam and took the time to listen to my questions and provide feedback on my health concerns. It was my first time getting a pap smear and pelvic exam, and despite my nervousness I came out of the appointment feeling like I am on the right track with getting my health taken care of. Grateful to have met a doctor who seems to genuinely care about taking care of her patients. The wait time in the lobby was longer than expected, but that is the only negative I experienced during this visit, and is something I am used to after visiting several clinics.

Dr. Yung is a fantastic, caring and compassionate doctor. She always takes time to listen to my concerns. I trust her 100 percent with my health. Her staff are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient with their job duties.

Dr Yung and her staff are wonderful! In the 7 years that I have been a patient, the entire team has showed amazing customer service and commitment to care. I have relatively complicated medical issues. Dr Yung consistently applies a holistic approach to my situation. I credit here with opening the door for me to give birth to my son after years of failed attempts. Dr Yung looked outside the box, and found solutions for me and my family. Recently, she was able to refer me to an acupuncturist and delayed the need for surgery to manage my symptoms. I recommend my friends and family to Dr Yung on a regular basis!

Very professional physician and nurses, I have been coming to Dr. Yung for years and each time has been great. When I have called the office with questions, I have gotten a call back the same day. The nurses are kind and efficient, which I appreciate. However, the office does get backed up from time to time but that is expected.

Dr. Yung is excellent in what she do. And if it's out of her hands her refer Doctors are all excellent. I Have nothing but great things to say about her.

Dr. Yung is a very good doctor who is on top of things. I feel that she genuinely cares about me and that she takes her time with me. She answers any questions patiently and I feel very comfortable with her. I have been her patient for the past 9 years. She helped me with both of my pregnancies and delivered both of my children (now 4.5 yrs. and 7 months).

The staff are all very polite and professional and are helpful most of the time when I call. Dr. Yung also is a very capable doctor. I had a condition which she quickly was able to remedy and monitor. I also like how you are able to make appointments relatively short notice, however, the waiting times here are substantial. Waiting times are usually an hour total here even for routine check ups or even follow ups where you just talk to Dr. Yung. This is a real pain especially when I have to take time off to come in. If the waiting times were reduced I would definitely recommend her to a friend.

Dr. Yung is very knowledgeable and I feel that she cares for my well being. She is very easy to talk to and answers any questions that I may have. Her staff is also very friendly and professional whenever I visit the office.

Dr Yung is very thorough when addressing any concerns. There is no 'I think' or 'maybe' its more lets do tests and make sure its not this which reduces chances of being misdiagnosed. This approach gives me a huge peace of mind that I am in great hands. She has been great with answering all my questions. As for wait time, there have been a few times when I am waiting for an hour or a little over but that is expected given that it is a doctors office and some patients need more attention than anticipated. I have very little patience for wait time but I dont mind when its for a doctor that really takes her time with her patients for their best interest such as Dr Yung. If you are looking for a doctor that answers all your questions about your lady bits then Dr Yung is your doctor.

Dr. Alice Yung is very well knowledge and helpful in explaining procedures and any questions you have she answers them very well. She also respects, decisions you have made for your own body, which is refreshing in a doctor. I actually will be continuing to see her as a patient.

Dr. Yung and her staff are very professional and friendly. Dr. Yung is extremely thorough and detailed with her patients. She explains everything in-depth and makes sure I am comfortable during my exams.

I find Dr Yung very friendly and heloful. She is always happy to answer any questions that I have. The staff members are efficient and friendly as well. I have very good experience so far.

I am usually very anxious to go the doctor and would never go if I did not have to. Nonetheless, Dr. Yung and her staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. No ridiculous wiaiting time which is a huge plus.
