Tatum & Trezza

Second visit to this office and it reminded me why I never returned!!! I couldn't get into my regular optometrist office because of availability so I'd previously been to Tatum & Trezza, so I decided I'd give it another chance expecting better service a second time around. Well I was wrong. I went in for a new script since I had a torn contact lens. Most offices keep extra in office for emergency situations. Well this office doesn't. I drove to the office after work with a torn lens paid my fees, which by the way are overpriced, obtained my script and was sent on my way home. I was informed they had no extra contact lens to provide me and that there was nothing else they could do. Meanwhile being rude and rushing thru my visit. Staff was rude, Dr was rude and service was overall very poor! Please avoid this office unless you expect to receive horrible service at an expensive price.
