THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM!!!!! THEY SAID THEY HAD A PLACE FOR US AND WE NEEDED TO PUT MONEY DOWN TO HOLD THE HOUSE. THEY TOOK OUR MONEY AND MOVED OUT OF THE OFFICE. DO NOT TRUST PEOPLE FROM CRAIGSLIST!!!!!! CLAUDIA AND MARK ARE BOTH SCAM ARTIST!!!! LOOK AT THE COMMENTS THEY ARE ALL ALIKE. THESE PEOPLE PROBABLY SAT THERE AND WROTE ALL OF THESE.

What id like to say about this company is that they really helped me and my grandma we were almost homeless. The lady that helped me and my grandma was very upfront with me and helped me find a home that I was interested in. This company is a life saver, i couldnt imagine putting my elderly grandma to sleep in a car or with family members, i new in my heart that she deserved her own home. When i expressed my story to my helper I could tell she took that into her heart and did everything she could to help me and my grandma find a home as soon as possible. I feel very blessed that i came accross them. You can find there ads on craiglist with the propertys that they have available. thats how i found them myself.

okay so I found this company on craiglist i called the number and spoke to a man that gave me an address I went to look at the property. I was interested in the property i went and paid my holding fee, i got pictures and more listings of houses that i might be interested in. I got an appointment with the property i was interested in, in redlands and i seen the inside. I loved it, i let claudia know that i was interested in that property and i was approved all with in 3 days. The people were really nice to me and helped me a lot. I hope this helps anyone ! I AM WRITING A REVIEW ON THIS COMPANY BECAUSE I WENT TO THEM THE OTHER DAY AND MY REPRESENTATIVE WAS AMY. THIS COMPANY IS A WELL ORGANIZED COMPANY THAT IS LOOKING TO HELP PEOPLE MOVE WITHOUT THE HASSEL OF HAVING TO PAY APPLICATION FEE AFTER APPLICATION FEE. I WAS KIND OF WEIRD OUT BUT AFTER I SEEN ALL THERE PEOPLE WORK I FELT WAY MORE COMFORTABLE. THE LADIES IN THE OFFICE ARE VERY NICE, MY ONE SUGGESTION IS THAT THE COMPANY ANSWERS THE PHONE MORE OFFTEN AND CALL BACKS QUICKER. BUT OVER ALL I WOULD RECOMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE LOOKING TO MOVE QUICKLY AND VERY CHEAP THEY WILL DEFFINTLY HELP YOU.

I love this company! I used to be homeless going from house to house just to save up and take care of me and my two kids. I looked online to see if there was any houses available to me. I found their number and called. They gave me a referral house to go look at. I looked at it and fell in love with it. They told me to go down to their office and do their application proccess. They called me everyday with a status . They then made me come down for a final application that was requested by the listing property management. I heard an answer within two days. And my answer was YES! I moved in within a week. Now I live in a great house that I can afford, I'm so greatful and blessed. Thank you guys!

I WOULD LIKE TO SAY THAT WHO EVER THIS ANGRY PERSON IS MUST BE UPSET OVER A MISSUNDERSTANDING THEY GAVE ME A PROPERTY WHEN I CALLED AND WENT INTO THERE OFFICE THEY LET ME KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT THERE COMPANY AND HOW THEY REFFER AND HELP PEOPLE FIND A HOME THATS WHY THERE NAME HAS PROPERTY SERVICES ON IT. NOT PROPERTY MANAGEMENT. I SIGNED A CONTRACT WITH THEM AND THEY HELP FIND ME A HOME WITH IN 5 DAYS THE CUSTOMER SERVICE GIRLS AND GUYS WERE VERY SWEET AND GENEROUS. THE ONLY BAD THING THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SAY IS AT TIMES ITS HARD TO GET THROUGH THERE PHONE LINES. BUT OTHER THAN THAT I WOULD GIVE THEM A BECAUSE THEY WILL DEFFINITLY HELP YOU.

I first wanted to start off and say that this company was kinda of wierd at first but when i finally went into there office after speaking with Ronie i was so happy. There office is so clean and organized, it feels really home welcoming. the ladies there in the office really care and they offer you water to relax while you fill out the rental application. They really take the time to get to know you, Amy was the lady who helped me there she was very patience with me explained the enitre process to me which helped alot. I would recomened this company to anyone, the only bad thing about this company is that sometimes there hard to get a hold of but they call you regularly to check in with you so it makes it a little bit better. If anyone gets upset with this company i can only say have some patience because they really work with you.

I WOULD JUST LIKE TO SAY THAT THIS SERVICE HELPED ME SO MUCH I WENT TO THEM THE OTHER DAY AND THEY REFERRED ME TO A HOME THAT I LOVED AND HELPED ME WITH THE PAPER WORK AND GOT ME PLACED IN A HOME WITHIN 48 HOURS, ONLY GO TO THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT HELP FINDING A HOME AND HAVE SOME TIME. THEY ARE REALLY HELPFUL AND NICE THEY ONLY THING I CAN SUGGEST IS THAT YOU NEED TO MAKE SURE YOU PROVIDED ALL THE PROPER PAPPER WORK TO THEM.
