You will enter at your own risk and beware! The Spaven Company Property Management is the worst company! I will cut to the chase and just list a couple of things because if I list everything this company has done wrong, I will run out of room for a review. Lupe will not do any work to help you out and, if you ask for anything, it's like pulling teeth to get anything done with this company. She contradicts herself in many ways and has NO clue what she tells people. Sad part is, you have an e-mail track record of "things she states to you" and she will still deny saying any of it. Again, I would NEVER recommended this company to anybody looking to rent. George, you must look into hiring a new employee to run the management side or you are going to be run into the ground. Thank you.

Please do not use this management company. Expect no help or courtesy from them if you are a tenant. I was stuck with them for a year and I would never do it again no matter what the house.
