Chili's Grill & Bar

I wish there was a negative star option. There are two people who are obviously a "couple or a thing". I sat at the bar for 10 minutes while they were both chatting it up at the bar, before I got any attention. Another 10 minutes has passed since then, and they are STILL chatting it up, while others are bringing me my food and drinks. (Still have not been asked if I would like an alcoholic beverage after my water was served). Highly inprofessional...I have been here multiple times over the last two weeks, and as long as they are both working together, the same "service" has been the norm. What I assume are managers have seen this, and even gotten in on the convo. Will NEVER come back to this location, disappointing.

Called in my order To Go. They only had one person working the To Go area at Lunch and had to wait 6 minutes before she got off the phone to give me my order. Luckily the food was not cold and tasted good even though the portion was smaller than when I order in the restaurant.
