The dentist insisted I needed a root canal. I was skeptical. I should have trusted my instincts and politely declined because the fallout from my visit is ongoing in the form of a collection on my credit report and a visit to 2 separate dentists. The first visit was to my original dentist who I left because I moved an hour away from him and the second visit was to a specialist. About 8 months after my much needed root canal I developed an absest in the tooth that Eureka worked on. The reason for the infection was the dentist at Eureka missed one of the four nerves and it got infected. It was painful, expensive and I missed several days of work that were not compensated because of the all of the dentist appts. I am guessing that this root canal cost in total about $4000 because of missed work and copays and specialist visits. So if you like wasting money and having a collection on your credit report and having your teeth worked on by hack's then this is the place for you. They are disgraceful. And yes I called them repeatedly about the money owed and the situation with their butcher dentist. They said they would take care of it and have it removed from collection but of course they have not. So, save yourself from these crooks and go to a family dentist that has a persons name on the building. Hack job thiefs work at Eureka Dental Roseville

Very updated. They have all new & very clean equipment & offices. They are good about working with insurance. Don't like the extra charges for things that are not covered by insurance that they conveniently don't tell you about until after they've been done.

Just brought my boys here for the first time. Front desk girls are extremely nice and helpful. dr. Jun is good. Boys seemed comfortable. That's always a good sign.

The best dental office! They are just so great especially with kids. They performed a full mouth job on my 4 year old grandson, and took really good care of him. Pulling teeth and giving him the best treatment after hi was done. Great waiting area for kids with play area.

ALWAYS trying to sell you on stuff that you don't need. In addition, they were frequently late when taking me back to my appointment. On many occasions they would reschedule to fit their needs but ultimately mess up my new appointment time. I would not suggest using this dentist office.

No. Just no. Never the same Doctor twice, no empathy for those of us who have dental anxiety, and my crown was so poorly done that my new dentist had been appealing to my insurance company to let her replace it.

One of the few and better dentists in the area that I found who takes MediCal for kids. Dr. Rivas explains things to the kids in a way they understand.

This is a new dentist for my family and so far I've been very impressed. The staff is very nice and super helpful when it comes to navigating coverage with your insurance company. We look forward to going back.

Scoundrels, thieves, rip offs! Run away!!!

They sold me work not needed, verified by my new dentist. They double billed for work my insurance company denied and now are coming after me for payment! I am turning them into BBB, and filing a compliant with the Dentist board.

Find a nice local dentist and leave the big corps alone!!! WOW.

I came in as a new patient last week. It has been a while since I had a check up, so I was a little nervous. The front desk lady was very nice and helped me out with the paperwork and my insurance. Then I was taken in for some xrays and a cleaning. The girl that was doing my cleaning was very sweet and knowledgeable. After that a dentist came in to see if I had any cavities. Unfortunately, I did have some and now need to go back and get them taken care of. The office is nice and has a lot of technology. The dentist and the hygienist make sure you understand what they're doing or going to do in your mouth, so that really takes an edge out. Good experience overall and I'm happy they accept my insurance plan. Not afraid going back at all. Would definitely recommend.

Eureka Dental rip people off, specially when you have insurance they rob you, their prices are very high hen you have insurance, you almost end up paying as a cash customer. I had some fillings last year and one of them broke because they didn't do a good job and I made this appointment to go and take care of it and they told me that I need a crown and it will cost me 700 bucks, I said not right now and I wanted to get my money back which I had paid for upfront for 2 fillings and in cash, and the finance lady kept almost 50% of my money and refunded me back on my debit card and told me that they can't refund back with cash, but then why the hell are you guys accepting cash if you can't give it back right away. Anyways it was just a waste of my time and money for no service, and I always used to bring my 2 kids here, but from now on they have lost me as a customer and I will go there again, they are all frauds.

I had a family Emergency and had to reschedule the appointment. There Employee told My husband a different date then what the appointment was (she said may 31st it was really on May 21st). Then, when the reminder call came thru that employee said the 31st as well. Long story short we missed thier appointment, Then tell me i need to find a new Dentist for my 3 children. Not to mention how rude the receptionists are! The only good thing about the is the child dentist they have is super nice and very good with the kids! Maybe im the only one that experienced things like these with this group, but eithier way thats not right!

Loooonnggg wait to be seen for your "scheduled" appointment. 2 kids waiting for a 1:20 pm appointment. After 40 minutes of waiting, we finally left. If I schedule an appointment (and office calls to confirm the appointment, I expect to be seen at that time! We have been there several times and it is always the same. Super long wait. Pediatric dentist is friendly and good with the children, but the other dentist is not very friendly and very clinical.

Heaven -sent Eureka dental was a great discovery! My husband and I were seen by different dentists and both had a great dental experience. I have had a lot of dental work in the past and can be a good judge...

They are open on Saturdays and have all specialists on board so we did not have to go elsewhere for implant and gum surgeries. Very friendly , caring and helpful staff! Truly 5 stars!!!

I've been going to Eureka Dental for many years. Front desk is very friendly and courteous. Dr. Kaplan is very knowledgable and professional. Dental assistants are also skillful. Pleased with all their services.
