Liberty Mutual

When purchasing our home and still keeping our old home, I contacted Liberty mutual to switch our policies to the proper coverage on both homes. Somehow, they ended up cancelling our policy instead and it took 3 other, very long, phone calls to set it all straight. As for their coverage when something happens, thankfully, I wouldn't know so cannot answer that.

Liberty Mutual has competitive pricing. Have only had one claim. There was some confusion about which insurance to go through and it wasn't explained to me clearly, but it has always been easy to get my questions answered.
