Stadium Club Estates

We have lived here 7 months, and it has been a Good and satisfying living experience. Sue the park manager is all over any issues that come up. Sue is also a people person and creates Fun
projects for us all here at the Club House. This is a third time being
a mobile park owner.

Owner has not responded to reasonable requests of mobile home owners. Lighting is miswired and turns off intermittently at night giving cover to criminals and makes the pedestrian invisible to vehicle traffic. Owner is aware of overt drug dealing/activity but has not addressed this issue. Owner is selling used mobile homes with mold and outdated electrical panels which is not reported to potential buyers. Owner is completing work on mobile homes without obtaining proper city permits. Weeds grow unchecked and look unsightly and pose a fire risk. Space rent is among highest in sacramento yet park has become a ghetto with park rules selectively enforced. Adding insult to injury is low water pressure that feels like water dripping from a tin can with tiny holes when taking a shower!
