This store has terrible customer services. I have asked twice for a bag of cat food to be order since they were no longer carrying the larger selection. The first time the cashier said I would need to speak to the other gentlemen just down from her. She did not get his attention for me and when I approached him, he would not acknowledge me so I just left, vowing never to return. However, that was short lived since they are the only pet food store in town that sell the brand of food I buy. I ventured in again and for a second time asked if they could order the cat food in a larger bag. The lady helping me said they would order it and it would be in at the latest 2-3 weeks. I gave them my phone number since they promised to call when they received it so that I could come in and pick it up. 5 weeks later no call. I decided to go with an online retailer Chewy.com which was cheaper and delivered right to my door for free with in 3 days of ordering. I highly recommend to give chewy.com a try instead of this store.

I have shopped in your stores for several years and generally have had no complaints but this afternoon I have to comment about the way I was treated by a store employee at the Saint Cloud store at store #133.



There were two checkout lines, a young man was checking out a customer in line #1 with another customer next, after the one he was helping. I was standing in front of the second checkout line, which had no customers at the moment. There were other customers in the store with what looked like at least two or three other customers getting ready to approach the checkout line. I only had one very small item, a can of mealworms. The young blond girl cashier of line #2, called out "I can help the next customer in line." So, since I was right there in front of her, I smiled and said, "I guess that's me." No one else came over either.



But this is what her response was, I thought it was quite bizzare. "Ah, no 'mam, I meant the other lady down there" and she pointed to the woman who was not paying any attention, who obviously was just fine with her place in the first line. She was going to be served soon anyway by the young man. So she turned me away and went on to someone else who jumped in. I was so angry, I was ready to walk out at this point. Who does that to a customer? Who turns away a customer who is standing right in front of you to get someone's attention three feet away? The other woman said she was fine, by the way, but I still got skipped over.



I would e-mail the manager of that store and inform her of this if I had her e-mail address. If you have it, I would appreciate this. I am mad at this stupid cashier and want to have her trained better. I would love nothing more than to hold my own seminars in Saint Cloud on how to be kind, courteous and respectful to the public. This is one of the most ignorant towns I have ever seen in my life. I am from Atlanta, Georgia and they have better trained people there.
