worst customer service ever, rude and stupid hung up the phone instead of answering several times will never use this gray hound station again the place should burn down..-

My names is Tina Hayes i traveled on the 30th of april 09

I would not have any problem traveling with you guys at all.The service I was given was over rated very.

The ladies at the counter at 11 o clock took very good care of me. I love them (no) i love men. ha,ha,ha, joking

but they were oooh perfect customer service professionals to me and the other guest. The security awsome

my wait was for hours 10am to 10.45pm........ yes I had to check out my apartment so it could be rented and I needed to be out so I checked in early at grey hound but your team treated me as if i was family. they put on a mvie for me and guess what i am a sports fan they let me watch basket ball and my team won. security gave me a break to go get lunch and come back ooh god i was so tired of looking at my bags so when he asked i was thinking i was in heaven and god sent an angel. and Eddie he was awsome too he talked to me at times and went back to work. security was on his job with his handsome self (no) i am not being fresh ha,ha,ha, joking he is a good person strict nice but you want get anything over on him he has eyes like a eagle.

And the management was good too they walked the area as if they were security i like that. The old security guy has a great personality very i like it he helped me with my heavy rock filled bags you know how use ladies are we put everything in it but the kitchen sink. I just thought i'd let you know how they pulled together that day i seen how well they play as a team. I my self worked in the mgr field at a fast food place so i know it is not what any one told me or i heard I seen your people do thier thing. Tell them ms tee says keep up the good work. Thanks for a safe trip ooh I love the way greyhound changed bag handling at each station made my trip better cause i was not running around seeking my bags some people had prolems only cause they did not listen==listening was not on thier minds. what was said to one lady about tags went in one ear and out the other so i thought what part did she not understand? any way I send my best to you greyhound associates cause your jobs are hard.
