        Beware of this company

        They take your money then throw you out. I don't know how they stay in business. It was the worst experience of my life.
        . You have to sue them to get your deposit back. Beware do not rent any property from this company.

        My wife and I were currently inquiring about a property in Santa Rosa Area. My wife hadoesn't the fortune to meet the property owner who seemed very enthusiastic about renting us the property which should be ready in May according to Mike Burbank

        I have rented from Burbank Rentals for years and have always had a good experience. They come out and fix things professionally and in a timely manner and I've found the office staff to be professional and efficient.

        I would like to know how on gods good world did we in santa rosa get the poor misfortune of having a company such as this in our community? Mike, the owner is a blatant idiot! He couldn't find a dwelling if you stuck him in a tent. I do not recommend this company AT ALL.
