My experience could'nt have been better ! Northstar Security really put all of my needs at ease. I am a single mother that just moved to Murrieta Ca and I was searching for a home security system that my family could use easily. The staff at Northstar were friendly and knowledgable and very prompt. They were on time and very professional. I will highly recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I made the decision to have a residential alarm installed sort of last minute and wanted it done quickly. I called Gary Wednesday night, he came out Thursday morning. I told him i'd like to talk about it with my husband that afternoon. I was very happy with him and his pricing so we decided to go ahead with the install so i called Gary back Thursday evening to let him know i'd like to move forward with the install. He came out Friday morning to complete the paperwork and it was installed Saturday morning. His technician Terry was also great. I'm very impressed with how quickly I was able to get it installed and how Gary worked with my schedule so easily. Very happy with the system so far. Thanks NorthStar!

Oustanding service. Gary and his technician came out on Saturday right on scheduled to do a complete alarm system for my house. Very professional job and thorough training after completion. Made recommendations to help me save money instead of over-buying and called a week later to make sure everything was OK.
