All Brands Tires and Service

We were on a long road trip and realized we had pushed our luck on our bald tires. We stayed over at Victorville a day to see if we could be lucky enough to find the very special size tires we needed. And luck out we did!! We dropped into All Brands and Randy there called his supplier and arranged a special delivery later in the day. He gave us a great deal (we would have paid over twice as much in Canada), and his service was superb. I highly recommend this business.

I had an emergency with a flat tire and I had a funeral to go to. Luis and Juan told me to come right in and they would help me. I asked if it could be repaired, and if so, would I be safe. They could have taken me as a vulnerable woman and taken advantage of me (which so many places try to do) and sold me a brand new tire, which being the holiday season would have been hard for me. But instead, they were honest and repaired my tire and assured me I would be safe. I found their customer service to be impeccable, their waiting room to be clean, they were friendly and accommodating....and I was in and out of there in a very timely fashion. We have 3 cars, and from now on, they will have all of our business. Not only that, my business name is "The Cackling Hens" and you can guess what that means.....everyone I know, I will now refer them to Luis at the "All Brands Tires". Plus, I asked for a referral for a car detail service. And I will be calling him soon because I will know that if they referred him, he must be good!
