As I had moved from Walnut to West Covina I was having trouble finding another medical health care clinic that could take me, until I had found this one. As I entered through the door I could see the very big and spacious waiting room. Most waiting rooms that I have waited are very much crowded and too small. After, I was surprised by how nice and welcoming the woman at the front desk was to me. She told me to sign in and that the doctor would be on its way. I was nervous because I had been with my other doctor for 3 years now and I was curious in meeting this new one. After 15-20 minutes the doctor called me out and as I entered to the many different rooms, I began to see how neat and organized and clean everything was. The papers and files were all organized and neatly together and the doctor was dressed all professionally. As I entered the room, I am very glad to say that the doctor was very much nice and welcoming. He was very thorough with what I had and was very straight to the point. After leaving today, I am glad to say that I will be returning back to this medical clinic and I can't see myself not going to another one.

I think it is unfair to believed that one person can try to ruin the reputation of this medical office. In my personal experience I am more than satisfy with the medical care and the efficiency from the front desk.
1. I will give five stars to the provider Harold Gomez.
2. The office is nice and clean.
3. The professionalism I will give them a 10+
What I like the most is that no matters if you are cash, insurance or medical they will treat you the same. I have medical and at no point felt left out or disrespected and I am very thankful for that.

This place offers the worst patient care in the world... they should not be in business! They fill out erroneous lab work papers that the hospital can't even decipher what they are asking them to do. I had to have my lab work redone and wait around another three days for them to fix their mess. This is all while i was dying and needing patient care but none was given because Dr.Gomez and staff had to wait for the correct results to come in. This is unacceptable, in the hospital wrong lab work would get someone FIRED...they should definitely not be in business especially when there are patient's lives at stake! Do not go here, anyone else is better than here!
