It is rare in these times of mistrust and great hardships in America to find an honest and good professional organization that truly cares and services its senior clients in such a professional, timely and sensitive manner as your office did for me recently. I can't thank you enough for the time you invested and the prerxerverance you endured in securing my hearing aids. I especially appreciate your consultation, patience and your toleerance in providing the answers to my unending inquiries regarding what is best for me. I had been a long time since I've enjoyed the sounds of our world: the gentle rush of the spring winds, the cheerful songs of our birds and believe it or not even the annoying clicking directional signals of my car seem like music to my ears! I thank you, lovely Linda, for returning those everyday pleasure to me. With your good work you remind me of the angel, "Clarence<" in the 1947 movie, "It's a Wonderful Life," because to me, you have earned your wings on this one. My first experience with my new hearing aids was hearing the wind blowing the leaves. The TV, I couldn't believe how much I couldn't hear and how loud I had it up. I was reading lips and didn't know it. Being able to hear people and not have to say "what did you say." It' s not perfect but it is so good. I have come to Hearing Aids and Medical Supply Center for the last ten years for service and all I can say is, the service is great. Not only from Linda but from her staff.
