He is licensed as an attorney in California (2001) and in the Philippines (1997) and is admitted to practice before U.S. Immigration Courts, the U.S. Central District Court, and California State Courts. Attorney Palacios has great depth of experience and a successful track record in handling all types of employment-based and family-based petitions as well as CSPA cases [aging-out cases], humanitarian reinstatement cases, PERM applications and naturalization applications. The Law Offices of Eugene M. Palacios, is located on the 7th floor of the 100 North Barranca Building which can be found on the corner of North Barranca Street and East Garey Avenue. We can be most easily reached by taking the 10 Freeway. Exit at Barranca, and head north on North Barranca Street. The 100 North Barranca Building will be on your right on the corner of North Barranca Street and East Garey Avenue; our building is just right beside the IKEA store.
