The epitome of stupidity!!! And they want 15.00 dollars an hour they are overpaid at 5 dollars an hour. I tried to order 3 times at the drive thru speaker but Tiffany the order taker could not hear so I drove up to the window and ordered face to face a 2 piece all white with a biscuit, fries, and a jalapeno. What I got was 2 piece all dark NO biscuit, cold fries and one very small jalapeno. And the sad thing is I repeated my order back to them and they said yes sir it’s all there. I noticed the reviews have gone downhill and I can see why, it all starts with the management. They need to clean house from the top down. I trashed the entire meal and went to Grandy’s in Rhome they are 100 times better

This place sells old yesterday's chicken, makes you wait forever, and didn't even have chicken available for order one day. I used to like the place a year ago but now it is the pits. I am not sure what has happened there but avoid it if you can.

An employee named james sold weed and what the pharmacy identified as xanax pills to my 16 year old daughter on his break time from chicken express in roanoke tx. I found it stashed in her room. I checked him out with a friend from church who works for the FBI and this employee is also being reviewed by a grand jury for taking part in am armes robbery in roanoke as well. I contacted the store and they seemed to not care sayingnifnit wasmt done on property they cant do anything and they continue to employ this drug dealing armed robber.
